"account": "North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has urged his military to train to become the world's strongest armed forces, according to state media. This call came during a two-day meeting of company commanders in Pyongyang, which KCNA reported as the first of its kind since a party congress in February. Kim outlined a plan to transform the North Korean military into an elite unit, focusing on both military and technical aspects. The meeting aims to develop a strategy to train the strongest armed forces globally, following strained relations with South Korea. These tensions arose after an explosion in the heavily fortified Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) injured South Korean soldiers. South Korea proposed military talks to clarify the border situation, but North Korea rejected this demand, blaming the explosion on landmines. North Korea has continued weapons development, including AI-linked systems, despite international sanctions and remains technically at war with South Korea due to the absence of a peace treaty.",
