"account": "North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has urged the military to develop the most formidable army during a commanders' gathering in Pyongyang, according to the North's state media. The remarks came as Kim oversaw a meeting of company commanders on October 22 and 23, as reported by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA). Kim emphasized that the primary objective of the Third Meeting of Company Leaders of the Korean People's Army is to construct the strongest army and expedite the Korean-style military revolution through the training of the most robust companies, as stated in the KCNA report. Furthermore, Kim directed the company commanders to steadfastly advance the true essence of the army as the army of the Party and the army of ideology, the core elements of the regime. This significant meeting marked the first assembly of the entire North Korean army following Pyongyang's Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, as per the KCNA.",
