"account": "The Lagos State Government has accused a developer of negligence for the collapse of a three-story building under construction in Fadeyi area, resulting in one death and three injuries. The structure, located on Akinola Street near Ikorodu Road, collapsed on Thursday afternoon. A distress call was received at 12:45 PM, triggering a search-and-rescue operation that rescued four individuals, with one fatality and three injuries. The developer allegedly received multiple warnings to comply with building regulations before the incident, which officials believe could have prevented the tragedy. The Lagos State Materials Testing Laboratory will analyze rubble samples for structural integrity, and nearby buildings with visible cracks will also be inspected. Eyewitnesses shared their experiences, including one resident who narrowly escaped the collapse and another who defended the builder's use of quality materials.",
