"account": "The International Burke Institute (IBI), an Israeli pseudo-expert center with ties to a Kremlin disinformation campaign, saw its website become a parody of boxer shorts within hours of an investigation by The Insider. Once a platform for political analysis and country rankings, the site now features model pictures of Ilya Gambashidze, the head of a Kremlin-linked disinformation operation, donning boxer shorts along with comical advertisements for \"branded underwear.\"\n\nThe homepage introduced a piece titled \"The Boxer Sovereignty Index, 2026 Edition\" with images of Gambashidze modeling underwear against various backdrops. The institute itself was renamed the \"Ilya Boxer Institute,\" maintaining the initial IBI. Rather than assessing country sovereignty, the institute now evaluates different types of boxer shorts using language similar to policy reports and diplomatic documents. Each model comes with descriptions of fabric, sizing, care instructions, shipping, and return policies, with one model designated as the \"benchmark\" against which all others are compared.\n\nThe site also features ads for \"The Field Standard,\" \"The Quorum,\" \"The Backchannel,\" \"The Reading Room,\" and \"The Protocol,\" each designed for specific settings such as meetings, travel, reading, and formal events. The website ends with an ad showing Gambashidze seated in a leather chair with IBI-branded boxer shorts and the tagline \"A brief study in relaxation. Make yourself comfortable.\" All posts conclude with the signature \"With love, made by RRN.world — Rotten Reliable News,\" a reference to the Kremlin-linked propaganda outlet.",
