"summary": "Ukraine has reported restrictions on Starshield, a version of SpaceX's Starlink, which have hampered military operations against Russia, according to CNBC and CNBC World. These restrictions impacted the country's air defense and drone missions, as Ukraine utilizes the satellite service for drone operations and battlefield communications.\n\nDonald Trump stated on Thursday that Elon Musk had restored access to Starlink for Ukraine, though he declined to comment on whether he had personally spoken to the billionaire about the matter. While the Wall Street Journal reported that the system was working more normally on Thursday following a conversation between Trump and Musk, some Ukrainian officials told the newspaper that the system had not been restored to full functionality, though it was working at higher speeds than when under the cap. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy also stated on Thursday that Starlink speeds had not been restored for the country.",
