"account": "Apple has released a series of support documents in conjunction with the launch of the iPhone Duo. These documents address various aspects of using the new device, including hinge issues and case compatibility. One document provides guidance on troubleshooting hinge problems, while another outlines the software adjustments required when using a case that covers the left edge of the outer display. When a case is applied, a message appears on the iPhone Duo's display, offering the option to adjust the screen size. Users can navigate to Settings, tap Display & Brightness, and enable the \"Shift Left Edge\" feature to modify the outer display content accordingly. This adjustment can be made at any time by opening Settings, tapping Display & Brightness, and turning on the \"Shift Left Edge\" option. Apple is expected to continue releasing support documents pertaining to the iPhone Duo in the days ahead. In the meantime, users can refer to a compilation of the documents published thus far. For additional Apple news, 9to5Mac offers coverage on their YouTube channel.",
