"account": "Two men, Kingsley Ozor, 40, and his 19-year-old apprentice Jeffery Otaigbe, have been arrested in connection with the murder of 11-year-old Blessing Innocent at Gomoa Buduburam in the Central Region. The incident reportedly occurred on Saturday, October 17. The Central East Regional Police Command stated that the victim was sexually abused before her death. Her body was found hidden under shrubs near an estate community on the same day she disappeared. The police received a report of the girl's disappearance on Monday, October 19, at the Gomoa Buduburam District Police Station. Blessing's mother informed the police that her daughter had been missing since Saturday, October 17. Preliminary investigations indicated that the two suspects, who were her neighbors, had last seen Blessing around 8:30 am on the day she went missing. The suspects admitted to the police that they had been with the girl on the day she went missing. Further investigation revealed that Otaigbe allegedly lured Blessing into an unfinished building near the estate community, where he sexually abused her before realizing she was lifeless. The body was subsequently recovered and taken to the morgue at St Gregory Catholic Hospital for further examination. Both suspects are currently in police custody as the investigation continues.",
