"account": "Monaco (AP) — Olympic and world marathon champion Peres Jepchirchir has been provisionally suspended for a positive drug test for EPO, the Athletics Integrity Unit announced on Friday. Jepchirchir, a two-time Olympic gold medalist and former world champion, tested positive for the banned substance EPO in an out-of-competition sample collected in Kenya before her recent Sydney Marathon victory. The Athletics Integrity Unit, responsible for investigating doping in track and field, posted on X that the sample \"returned an adverse analytical finding for EPO.\" This marks the latest in a series of doping cases involving distance runners from Kenya, who recently secured the 2029 world track championships.",
