"account": "President Donald Trump claimed on 23 October that SpaceX CEO Elon Musk had restored Ukraine's Starshield internet speeds, but Ukrainian officials stated the speed cap remained in effect. The cap, implemented on 14 October, limited the maximum speed to 161 km/h, affecting interceptor drone missions against Shahed aircraft flying above 400 km/h. On 16 October, Trump said nothing had changed with the service, though he later conceded that Musk may have restored the speeds. Ukrainian officials, including Defense Ministry spokespersons, have repeatedly denied any lift in the restrictions. The conflicting reports have raised questions about who ordered the cap and why, with no clear confirmation from either side. The cap affects Ukraine's military drone operations, threatening recent gains in Donetsk Oblast. US officials have denied involvement, while a senior European Union source suggested the cap remains at about 160 km/h.",
