"account": "A 34-year-old woman, identified as Cheryl Goh, confronted a 59-year-old man in Singapore's Chinatown for allegedly touching himself inappropriately while taking a smoke break near her office. The incident occurred on August 15 around 4:40 pm, according to Singapore police. Goh, who initially thought the man was just shaking due to heat, took a photograph of him to file a police report. However, he walked away before she could complete the report, and she had to locate him again 30 minutes later. During her encounter, the man allegedly apologized, claimed he was drunk, and continued to make inappropriate comments, including scolding vulgarities at Goh. The police arrived to arrest him after Goh and a colleague restrained him. Goh expressed gratitude for the support she received on social media but criticized unnecessary comments about her appearance.",
