"account": "Natendrea Jones has been cooking seafood for over a decade, but in 2026, a viral TikTok review turned her side hustle into a full-time business. The South Carolina native used Facebook Marketplace to market her seafood catering, which was discovered by TikTok influencer Gabriel Rivera. Rivera offered Jones $200 to create a custom seafood platter, which he dubbed the \"Gabriel Special.\" When Rivera shared his glowing review on TikTok, Jones received over 300 orders overnight, generating $50,000 in sales over the following two weeks. After the initial surge, Jones had to pause orders to catch up on sleep, but she has since implemented a more structured approach to her business. Jones now uses a website and preorders to manage demand and has built followings on Instagram and TikTok. Her best-selling platters are made with high-quality seafood and her signature garlic sauce, which she has spent nearly eight years perfecting. Jones hopes to eventually expand her business into a food truck and a brick-and-mortar restaurant.",
