"account": "K-pop group BABYMONSTER has unveiled an emotional pop ballad titled \"DESERVE\" ahead of their upcoming weekend TV performances. The digital single, released on Friday at 1 p.m., showcases the group's more mature musical direction, moving away from their signature high-energy performances. \"DESERVE\" combines lyrical synthesizer melodies with a retro atmosphere, accompanied by heartfelt lyrics that reflect on past memories and express a wish for happiness for a former partner. The song's emotional intensity peaks during its chorus, highlighting the members' expressive singing and signaling a departure from the hip-hop and dance-driven tracks that have defined their stage performances. This release comes four months after BABYMONSTER's June single, \"SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA,\" which offered a different perspective on the seven-member act as it broadens its musical range. The accompanying music video captures the song's wistful mood through cinematic visuals, interconnected character narratives, and increasingly dramatic effects, heightening the emotional impact. In a statement, BABYMONSTER's agency, YG Entertainment, expressed excitement about the group's evolving sound and artistic vision.",
