"summary": "Airbnb is introducing a new policy that will eliminate certain checkout chores for guests, including washing dishes, stripping beds, and taking out the trash. The changes, effective from November 20, limit hosts to \"reasonable\" requests, with the platform advising hosts to \"think like a guest\" and consider what might be unreasonable. Guests will still be expected to leave dishes in the sink, gather used towels, and sort trash and recycling, but hosts generally cannot require tasks typically handled by professional cleaners. The company also announced that hosts must now disclose all house rules and requests in a designated section of their listing before guests book, preventing them from adding extra requirements through messages, signs inside the property, or other sections of a listing.",
