"account": "Rawalpindi witnessed an unforgettable ODI clash between Sri Lanka and England as the former fought off a mammoth 430 run target to claim a resounding victory. The match, the third in the Pakistan ODI Tri-Series 2026, was fueled by the historic performances of Harry Brook and English batsmen Joe Root and Will Jacks.\n\nBrook, in a hallowed innings, became the first English cricketer to score a double century in men's ODI cricket, reaching 202 off just 116 deliveries. His exploits were supported by Joe Root's composed 69 runs off 66 balls and Will Jacks' blistering 66 off 30 deliveries.\n\nSri Lanka's chase started with a shaky finish, losing two early wickets. However, Avishka Fernando and Pavan Rathnayake's 227-run partnership brought the visitors back into contention. Fernando, who narrowly missed a century, scored 97 off 83 balls, while Rathnayake's blistering 130 off 106 deliveries kept Sri Lanka in the hunt.\n\nThe turning point came when Dasun Shanaka provided an explosive counterattack, amassing 97 runs off just 50 balls, including eight sixes. However, like Fernando, Shanaka fell three runs short of a century. Despite this, Sri Lanka's momentum remained strong, thanks to the crucial half-century contribution of Janith Liyanage.\n\nThe match will be remembered not only for Sri Lanka's record-breaking chase but also for Brook's remarkable achievement, setting a new benchmark in ODI cricket history.",
