"account": "The United States has been selected to host the inaugural Women's Club World Cup in January 2028, according to FIFA. Seven teams, including Arsenal, will participate in the 19-team tournament, which is set to run from January 5-30, 2028. The event aims to showcase the prowess of women's club football on a global stage. The United States' hosting of the men's Club World Cup in 2025 and co-hosting of the men's World Cup this summer further solidified its position as the ideal location for the women's tournament. FIFA's Chief Women's Football Officer, Sarai Bareman, praised the country's recent success in organizing top FIFA tournaments and its robust sports infrastructure. Six more European clubs, along with three clubs each from AFC, CAF, Concacaf, and Conmebol, will also compete. The Women's Super League had previously expressed concerns about the scheduling of the Club World Cup, stating that it could be \"catastrophic.\" This marks the second mid-season women's competition introduced by FIFA in recent years, following the Champions Cup.",
