"account": "The NHL imposed fines on Ottawa Senators centre Nick Cousins and Florida Panthers winger Matthew Tkachuk following a contentious game on Wednesday. Cousins received a US$4,091.49 fine for unsportsmanlike conduct towards an opponent on the bench, while Tkachuk was fined $5,000 for roughing in the third period. The penalties came after a heated incident involving Senators goaltender Linus Ullmark, who suffered an injury during a pad save on Tkachuk. Cousins and Florida's Sam Bennett had clashed earlier in the game. Tkachuk, who returned to Ottawa after spending eight seasons with the team, faced a hostile reception from fans who booed him off the bench and during a tribute video. Despite the negative atmosphere, Tkachuk scored the Senators' opening goal and emphasized the passionate support of his new fan base. The Senators ultimately defeated the Panthers 5-1, ending Florida's three-game winning streak.",
