"summary": "Ukrainian partisan group Atesh claims to have disrupted Russian military communications near Moscow's major data center operator IXcellerate, according to the Kyiv Independent. The group stated they interfered with Russian air-defense coordination and aided Ukrainian drones in reaching their targets on October 21. Atesh alleges that Russia's Defense Ministry utilizes infrastructure linked to IXcellerate for military communications and air-defense command systems, hiding this traffic within civilian server networks. However, the Kyiv Independent could not independently verify this claim, and Atesh did not provide specifics on the extent or duration of the disruption. There has been no confirmation from Russian authorities or IXcellerate regarding the impact on military communications. IXcellerate, a leading commercial data center operator in Russia, operates several data centers in Moscow, hosting telecommunications and digital infrastructure used by various businesses, including banks and retailers.",
