"account": "New South Wales Police Force has launched an investigation into Married at First Sight Australia following a report of inappropriate content being shared, according to a spokesperson for the force. The matter is expected to be referred to Western Australia Police Force. Channel Nine, the broadcaster of Married at First Sight Australia, is aware of the police investigation and directs all inquiries to Endemol Shine Australia, the production company behind the show. Endemol Shine Australia has not responded to comments requests regarding the latest developments. This investigation follows a BBC News investigation that revealed some cast members of MAFS Australia were not informed about their partners' drug and violence convictions, leading to a warning from Australia's media watchdog about the show's serious and disturbing welfare procedures. The UK version of Married at First Sight, MAFS UK, is currently facing separate allegations, including rape claims made by two female cast members, which the men involved have denied.",
