"account": "According to the Immigration Bureau, a 37-year-old Chinese national named Jianlu Li was arrested in Pattaya on September 15. He was wanted by Chinese authorities for an alleged illegal gambling operation that resulted in losses of over 1.5 billion baht. Li had fled China, leading the authorities to issue an Interpol Red Notice and seek help from Thai officials.\n\nDuring the arrest, Jianlu's 33-year-old Chinese wife, Yourui Wang, and their two-year-old daughter were found living at the property. The daughter, who held Thai nationality, was registered under the temporary permission of a 22-year-old Thai man as her father. However, DNA tests later revealed no biological connection between the man and the child, identifying Jianlu as the child's biological father instead.\n\nInvestigators plan to pursue further legal proceedings to revoke the child's Thai nationality. The Thai man registered as the child's father could also face legal action for potentially using fraudulent documents. The investigation will expand to uncover any other individuals involved in the citizenship fraud. This case follows a previous operation in July where the Interior Ministry and police targeted the false registration of Chinese children, issuing 40 arrest warrants and discovering over 1,000 minors with dual nationality.",
