"account": "On October 20, KUKA Vietnam inaugurated its new headquarters in Hanoi, marking a significant step in the company's growth and commitment to the local market. As one of the world's leading providers of intelligent automation and resource-efficient solutions, KUKA entered Vietnam in 2018, bolstered by a broader technology portfolio, enhanced customer engagement, and a stronger talent foundation.\n\nThe investment underscores KUKA's dedication to improving service quality, expanding its presence in Vietnam, and addressing diverse customer needs in industrial automation. The new headquarters, spanning four floors with approximately 720 square meters, integrates office spaces, technology demonstration areas, testing facilities, application development areas, a technical service center, and operational warehousing. This integrated model fosters closer collaboration among sales, engineering, and service teams, enabling customers to experience technologies firsthand, test applications, and work alongside KUKA to develop customized solutions.\n\nThe headquarters' technology demonstration area showcases a scaled-down production line, illustrating Automation 1.0, where robots coordinate to perform an entire workflow. KUKA is now advancing towards Automation 2.0 with the development of the KUKA Automation Management Platform, a universal operating system for automation solutions, representing a shift towards a more integrated and comprehensive approach to industrial automation.\n\nKUKA Vietnam's CEO, Huynh Phong Phu, highlighted 2026 as a strategically significant year, with three major milestones: the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Centre in Danang, the Automation 2.0 Technology Centre at the High-Tech Park Training Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, and the new headquarters in Hanoi. These developments reflect KUKA's long-term investment in Vietnam and its strategic focus on integrating technology, human resources, and business needs.\n\nAs KUKA transitions from providing industrial robots and automation hardware to becoming a comprehensive automation solutions partner, the new Hanoi headquarters serves as a catalyst for growth, reinforcing KUKA's role as a leading automation partner in Vietnam's modernization of its manufacturing industry.",
