"account": "Gen Z Regelt, a youth-led initiative, has announced plans for mass protests across 21 German cities on October 31, addressing issues such as inadequate education, austerity measures, high living costs, social injustice, military service, and climate change. The demonstrations are expected to draw thousands of participants. The youth initiative's website explicitly states that violence against people or property is strictly prohibited. Police forces remain vigilant yet relaxed, emphasizing their commitment to protecting the right of peaceful assembly and free expression. However, the dramatic scale of recent protests in neighboring countries, including France, has fueled concerns among domestic authorities about potential infiltration by far-left extremists. Andreas Rosskopf, head of Germany's Federal Police union, vowed that officers would respond firmly and decisively to any rioting, stating that both state and federal police would be deployed to prevent any disruption.",
