"account": "Paris: Three French tech entrepreneurs unveiled what they described as the inaugural literary award for works penned collaboratively by humans and artificial intelligence, dubbed the Prix Pascal. This novel prize, devoid of a jury or monetary stipend, pledges to tackle the contentious issue of integrating AI in the writing process, a matter that has unsettled literary circles amid debates over regulatory measures. Open to authors worldwide who craft their narratives in French, the contest invites submissions of unpublished fiction pieces, regardless of the authors' nationality or professional affiliations. The creators emphasized that the essence lies in the innovative idea, daring to explore uncharted territory. The call for entries remains open until November 30, with the inaugural awards slated for December.",
"summary": "The initiative intends to challenge other prizes which are struggling with how to regulate AI and its use by authors.",
