"account": "Airbnb hosts are furious with the company for banning them from requiring guests to do their chores during check-out. The change, effective November 20, prohibits hosts from putting cleaning tasks in the \"Requests\" section of their listings. Hosts argue they have a right to protect their investments and personal living spaces, while guests complain about the current cleaning fees. Some hosts have responded by stripping their kitchens down to the bare essentials, while others have threatened to raise prices or organize a platform-wide strike. Airbnb maintains it is enforcing reasonable requests, such as asking guests to use water conservatively or place trash in bear-proof containers.",
