"account": "Recent reports suggest that the Trump administration may have played a role in derailing Netflix's bid for Warner Bros. Discovery. According to media mogul John Malone, the administration warned Netflix that it would face challenges in obtaining regulatory approval for the acquisition. In fact, Skydance CEO David Ellison was able to acquire two major Hollywood studios, Paramount and Warner Bros., without much opposition from the Trump administration. Ellison, whose father is a major Trump donor, was quick to settle lawsuits, fire stars, and hire controversial individuals in order to secure the deal. The administration's alleged actions against Netflix, which included dragging co-CEO Ted Sarandos before Congress and labeling the company as a \"left wing entity with the most woke content in history,\" may have contributed to the streamer's retreat from the competitive bidding process.",
