"account": "The Federal Government has assured Nigerians of its ability to contain the Ebola disease, crediting the efforts of the Presidential Task Force on Ebola Preparedness. Chairman of the task force and Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, revealed that the task force had been in operation since June and was responsible for the quick detection of Nigeria's index Ebola case. The index case, discovered on Tuesday, was identified easily due to the work of the task force and other agencies. Gbajabiamila emphasized that the country's health authorities, including private hospitals, immigration, aviation, and interior agencies, along with subnational governments, have put surveillance systems in place. He also appealed to Nigerians to comply with government directives for the good of all, while requesting them to avoid spreading baseless rumors that could cause unnecessary panic.",
