"account": "Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes criticized manager Michael Carrick's tactics following a 4-1 loss to Como on Wednesday, stating that his team needed to be more aggressive in their pressing. United had not won since the seventh match of the season, deepening the pressure on Carrick, who took over as interim coach last season and now holds the full-time position. After the game, Fernandes told TNT Sports that United started poorly, conceding an early goal, which made it difficult to turn the game around. He also noted that sometimes giving too much ball to opponents can embolden them, leading to frustration for United when they regain possession. Fernandes emphasized that the decision to adopt a man-to-man press or leave space behind is a staff choice, not one he can make. The Portugal international admitted that United had to be braver in their pressing, as evidenced by their center back's persistent marking in the match. The recent trend of United players offering critical insights following Champions League defeats, including defender Lisandro Martinez's recent comments criticizing the club's investment in the squad, has raised questions about the team's strategic direction and player morale.",
