"account": "NBC is developing a new reboot of the classic single-cam comedy series \"Coach,\" with \"Modern Family\" actor Ty Burrell set to star in the updated version. The project, which originates from Universal Television, a division of Universal Studios, will be executive produced by John Fox and John Davis alongside Burrell and writers Matthew Libman and Daniel Libman, who previously co-created \"Mr. Throwback.\" Should the reboot come to fruition, Burrell would take on the role of a legendary coach returning to Minnesota to revitalize his hometown's basketball program while reconnecting with the local community. This follows in the footsteps of the original series, which starred Craig T. Nelson as Hayden Fox, head coach of the fictional Minnesota State University Screaming Eagles football team. \"Coach\" ran for nine seasons from 1989 to 1997. Known for his role as Phil Dunphy on \"Modern Family,\" Burrell has won eight consecutive Emmy Awards, two of which he won. He also earned a SAG Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series in 2014. Burrell's film credits include \"Finding Dory,\" \"Mr. Peabody & Sherman,\" \"Dawn of the Dead,\" \"The Incredible Hulk,\" \"Fur,\" \"Muppets Most Wanted,\" and \"The Skeleton Twins.\" Along with his sibling writers, Matthew and Daniel Libman, Burrell co-created \"Mr. Throwback\" and \"Champaign ILL,\" as well as having writing credits on \"Happy Endings\" and \"Black Monday.\" Burrell is represented by Gersh and Goodman Genow Schenkman, while Matthew and Daniel Libman are represented by UTA, TFC Management, and Hansen Jacobson Teller.",
