"account": "Actor Hina Khan shared her experience of being diagnosed with breast cancer, revealing that it prompted the cancellation of two projects due to the lengthy recovery period. Upon learning of her diagnosis from her partner Rocky, Hina was overwhelmed, putting her head down and struggling to process the information. A few minutes prior, she had ordered falooda, an indulgence she had long craved. It was this moment of ordering the falooda that Hina considered a turning point, emphasizing that life must continue despite the challenges of illness. Gurleen Baruah, an existential psychotherapist, explained that the initial shock upon learning of a life-threatening diagnosis can lead to a range of emotions, but over time, individuals often find ways to adapt and focus on their health. Psychological support is crucial, as it helps patients process emotions and develop coping strategies, acknowledging that work and plans may need to be temporarily set aside for healing.",
