"account": "Hot Topic is introducing a new music performance series called Hot Topic Live, which will take place inside a custom-built studio at its Hollywood flagship store. The retailer's first featured artist is the San Diego rock band Pierce the Veil, who have a longstanding relationship with the brand. The exclusive performance will be available on Hot Topic's YouTube channel and across the brand's social media pages. Hot Topic Live aims to bring the energy of an intimate in-store performance to online fans while providing artists a space to play original music and share the stories behind it. Pierce the Veil frontman Vic Fuentes expressed excitement about the partnership, noting that the band has grown up with Hot Topic and that the performance felt intimate and fun. The series will also include reflection pieces like Hot Minute and My First Band Tee, as well as discussions about artists' music and future plans.",
