"account": "Turkey, Qatar, Pakistan and Indonesia have signed a pact to jointly produce military hardware, marking an expansion of their defence cooperation. The deal, known as the \"Badr deal\", refers to the Battle of Badr in 624, a pivotal moment in Islamic history. Turkish Defence Minister Yasar Guler and Qatari Deputy Prime Minister Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani signed the memorandum of understanding in Doha alongside their Pakistani and Indonesian counterparts. The agreement aims to leverage each country's military production capabilities, enhance joint cooperation, and meet the needs of allied and friendly nations. The process will involve an \"executive board\" and a \"strategic board\" to finalize budgets and production locations. Qatar, facing challenges following the Iran war and the Strait of Hormuz crisis, will contribute funding and technology to the initiative.",
