"account": "The Regent-elect of Umeh Kingdom in Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State, Meshack Owhe, has declared October 23 as a day of mourning in his domain to honor the late former Governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan. Owhe announced the decision on Wednesday through a condolence tribute on behalf of the people of Umeh. The community has agreed to suspend all activities, including trading, farming, and ceremonies, from dawn to dusk in recognition of Uduaghan's contributions to the community's development. Owhe described Uduaghan, who passed away at the age of 71 on Monday, as a \"patriot, distinguished Deltan, and one of the most illustrious sons of the Itsekiri nation.\" The regent-elect emphasized that the kingdom would observe a three-day mourning period, with flags flown at half-mast, in addition to the three-day mourning declared by the Delta State Government from October 19. Owhe recalled Uduaghan's significant role in the community's development, particularly the construction of the Umeh Road, which opened up connections to other parts of Isoko land. He also highlighted Uduaghan's support for the upgrading and rehabilitation of a local primary school and his appointment as a member of the Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers. Owhe expressed the community's gratitude for Uduaghan's personal relationship with Umeh and his impact on the kingdom's culture and traditions.",
