"account": "Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil has called on MyCreative Ventures (MyCV) and Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) to collaborate with the Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB) to support visually impaired musicians and singers. The government aims to provide funding and opportunities for these artists to release albums, stage performances, and gain presence in the broadcasting sector. Fahmi stressed that every application for assistance in the RM160 million budget allocation for the creative industry in Budget 2027 will be evaluated based on its individual merits. He also promised to discuss streamlining permits for busking, karaoke, and street performances, as well as simplifying fund applications for visually impaired musicians. Additionally, KPWKM is expanding its Disability Equality Training (DET) scheme to reshape employer perceptions about disabled individuals in the creative industry and beyond.",
