"account": "A University of Arizona sorority member has alleged that she was sexually assaulted by two men at a Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house in late August, according to search warrant records released by KOLD-TV in Tucson. The student told university police that she had consensual kissed one of the men but does not remember consenting to sex. She claims the assault occurred while the fraternity was suspended amid reports of misconduct, including assault, hazing, and drug-related behavior. The victim reported the allegations to police and underwent a forensic exam at a hospital. One of the men admitted to having sex with her, claiming she had agreed, but denied another man's involvement. The university's police department stated that the investigation is ongoing and no arrests had been made. The Pima County Attorney's Office said the case has not been referred to them for prosecution. The national fraternity organization suspended members of the Arizona chapter and stated that any responsible members would be expelled. Other cases of alleged sexual assault at fraternities have drawn national attention.",
