"account": "Elon Musk reportedly ordered a reduction in speed for SpaceX's military-grade Starlink satellite service that Ukraine depends on, according to the Wall Street Journal. The order came from within the White House, and Musk, SpaceX, and the White House did not immediately address Reuters inquiries for confirmation. Ukraine utilizes Starlink for battlefield communications and drone operations; the slowdown has hampered the nation's drone attacks against Russia. Musk and US President Donald Trump spoke about the decision via a call after it became public, with the president campaigning, as per the report.",
