"account": "A man lost his life while rescuing a two-year-old child who had fallen into a domestic well in Lagos, Nigeria. The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency revealed the tragic incident occurred at Paul Street, inward Agbe Road, in Abule Egba. Upon learning of the distress call at 9:48 am, the agency's response team rushed to the scene, but the rescuer was found deceased. The toddler's mother worked as a cleaner in the compound, and authorities discovered the child could not be recovered due to the well's deep water and thick mud. LASEMA attributed the rescue's failure to these challenges and advised residents to keep wells and other openings securely covered to prevent future tragedies.",
