"account": "On October 13, a FedEx truck parked outside Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) headquarters in Santa Ana, California, was broken into. The truck had been left unattended for up to 90 minutes, giving thieves ample time to break in. Three pallets of recently graded trading cards were stolen, according to Santa Ana Police. Two pallets, each containing around 100 packages, were valued at approximately $963,000. A third pallet, likely containing 50 packages, had a higher, yet-to-be-determined value. The total stolen value is expected to surpass $1 million. PSA has deactivated the certificates for the stolen items and notified marketplace partners. Customers affected by the theft may receive compensation up to the Maximum Insured Value, but calculating reimbursement for error cards or other unique items could be challenging. Law enforcement is actively investigating the crime, and collectors are speculating about how the thieves knew to target that specific truck.",
