"account": "In the Wa Municipality, a newborn baby boy miraculously survived after being discovered abandoned in a bush by farmers returning from their farms. According to Abubakari Seidu, the Assembly Member for Sombo Electoral Area, the baby was found naked and helpless. Seidu recounted the harrowing discovery, stating that the community was shocked by the incident. The baby's condition was distressing, with the infant drenched by rain and surrounded by flies.\n\nRafida, a midwife at Sombo Health Centre, responded to the call and rescued the baby. She washed and wrapped the newborn before seeking advice on feeding. The assembly member provided NAN 1 infant formula, which nurses used to nourish the baby. Community members, including women, expressed their concern over the baby's abandonment, urging others not to follow a similar path. The authorities were alerted, and community leaders, along with the Criminal Investigations Department, were informed to trace the mother. Social Welfare Department officials welcomed the baby's survival but cautioned that such cases could have tragic outcomes.",
