"account": "The University of Ghana has initiated the registration process for the upcoming 2026/2027 first semester, inviting both new and returning undergraduate students to complete the registration within their respective deadlines. In an official notice from the Academic Affairs Directorate, students were informed they could register via the Management Information System (MIS) Web and were advised to adhere to the specified guidelines. Director Lydia Anowa Nyako-Danquah directed students to the university's online resources for comprehensive registration assistance. Registration deadlines varied based on student categories and were detailed in the approved academic calendars for the 2026/2027 academic year. These calendars are accessible at https://www.ug.edu.gh/academics/calendar. The Academic Affairs Directorate emphasized that students should refer to their respective calendars to verify their deadlines and ensure timely registration. Should students encounter academic or technical difficulties during registration, they are encouraged to reach out to their College Academic Offices. In cases of financial concerns, assistance can be sought from the Students Accounts Office. The university urged students to address any registration issues promptly and complete the process before the stipulated deadlines to prevent inconvenience.",
