"account": "Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has apologized publicly to her former colleague and associate, Laide Bakare, following a heated controversy. The apology was issued on Tuesday after Badmus faced online criticism for her response to Laide's name being brought up on the podcast \"Curiosity Made Me Asked.\" In a series of Instagram posts, Badmus, who is currently at odds with Laide, heeded the call for peace and issued her contrition. She admitted her mistake, stating that her reaction to Laide's name during her recent interview might have seemed dismissive, and she expressed her sincere regret for the same. Badmus then extended an olive branch, calling for harmony between them both. She wrote, \"On reflection, I realize my reaction when Laide Bakare's name was mentioned during my recent interview could have come across as dismissive, and for that, I sincerely apologize.\" She added, \"Laide, whatever our differences, I choose peace and I genuinely wish you well. Joo maa binu (please don't be offended) no negativity. No grudges. Let love lead and peace reigns.\"",
