"account": "KUALA LUMPUR: Teachers confronted with bullying and violence incidents within schools require trauma management training, confidential counselling, and psychological support, according to Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Law and Institutional Reform) Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said. Azalina proposed integrating Trauma-Informed Teaching into teacher education to help educators identify and handle students experiencing trauma appropriately. Teachers, like all humans, can experience fear, stress, and trauma themselves when witnessing such events. She cited examples like Singapore, New Zealand, and England, where education staff receive counselling and wellbeing support. Azalina believes that providing emotional support to teachers handling bullying and violence cases is crucial and calls for a more comprehensive approach beyond legislation.",
