"summary": "The inaugural golf tournament at The Els Club Desaru Coast in Johor has successfully raised RM15,000 for the Breast Cancer Support Group Johor Bahru. Organised by Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast, the Golf Classic took place from September 25-27 and attracted 120 golfers, partners, influencers, and guests. The main competition featured an 18-hole, two-person scramble on the Ocean Course, designed by four-time Major champion Ernie Els. Participants also engaged in various on-course challenges. The event is part of the hotel's annual PINKTOBER campaign, which aims to raise awareness about breast cancer and support patients and survivors. Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast general manager Murray Aitken expressed that the success of the inaugural tournament has laid a strong foundation for its future and that the Golf Classic will return in 2027, with additional golf events planned throughout the year.",
