"account": "Stephen Fleming, the new Test coach for England's cricket team, believes the national team should be coached by an Englishman in the future. Fleming, who will take over from previous Test coach Brendon McCullum, said he hopes to develop English coaches as one of his main priorities. Since 1999, only two Englishmen have been in charge of England's Test team - Peter Moores and Chris Silverwood. Other Test coaches during this period were from Zimbabwe, Australia, and New Zealand. Fleming's coaching staff already includes a number of Englishmen, including Marcus Trescothick, James Foster, and Richard Dawson. He plans to bring more county coaches and former England players into the national team to further develop the game in England. Fleming also intends to spend time watching county cricket next summer as England prepares for the Ashes series at home.",
