"account": "A former Singapore army captain, Chaw Chia Jun, has been sentenced to 17 months in jail for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old student, according to prosecutors. The victim met Chaw through a mutual friend, a former partner of Chaw's, navy cook Owen Toh Wei Song. They engaged in sexual acts at a car park in Punggol, Singapore, and Toh filmed the encounter, which Chaw later shared with Toh. Chaw pleaded guilty to multiple charges of sexual penetration of a minor and producing child abuse material. Toh, the victim's contact point, received 12 months in jail. The judge emphasized that minors are protected from exploitation, regardless of their involvement or initiation in the act.",
