"account": "San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans sustained a leg injury during the team's game against the Washington Commanders on October 19, 2026. According to post-game reports, Evans is expected to miss \"a little time\" due to his Achilles injury, but the good news is that the tendon appears to be intact. Evans initially walked to the locker room following the incident, displaying visible discomfort and being tended to by the medical staff. Subsequent analyses revealed that Evans was attempting to stretch his right leg before departing the field and joining his teammates in the locker room. As a result, the 49ers have downgraded Evans' status to \"questionable\" for the remainder of the game, with Brandin Cooks and Jordan Watkins taking over as the primary wide receiver options. George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey will continue to play crucial roles in the passing game during this time.",
