"summary": "Ukraine has appointed Dmytro Rohozuk as the new commander of the Third Army Corps, replacing Brig. Gen. Andrii Biletskyi, who will now lead the Center grouping of forces. Rohozuk, who previously commanded the 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade, played a significant role in Operation Vivaldi, during which Ukrainian forces reclaimed 277 square kilometers and liberated 16 settlements in the Lyman sector. Biletskyi, who announced the appointment during a press conference on Oct. 19, personally selected Rohozuk for the role. Rohozuk's military service began during Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, and he has since served in various capacities, including defending Kyiv as part of the Azov Regiment and commanding a company in the First Assault Battalion.",
