"account": "The fifth edition of the Ajayi Elebire Elite Basketball Camp in Lagos has selected 40 players out of 120 hopefuls who participated in a screening exercise at Ilupeju basketball court on Monday. These players will travel to Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, for a three-day camp from October 21 to 23. The camp's founder, Olalekan Ajayi, a former international basketball player, hopes that some of the selected players will earn scholarships after the programme. The camp, established in honor of Ajayi's late father, aims to identify promising talents and instill discipline, dignity, responsibility, and good citizenship in participants. The initiative is free, and all necessary accommodations, meals, transportation, basketball equipment, and footwear will be provided. Former national team coach Scott Nnaji praised the grassroots development initiative, while scout Scott Adubato commended the organizers for creating opportunities for young basketballers. The players and coaches are scheduled to arrive in Ado-Ekiti on October 20, with the camp concluding on October 23, featuring an All-Stars game.",
