"account": "President Bola Tinubu has declared that he has no regrets over scrapping the fuel subsidy, vowing Nigeria will never return to it, comparing any return to asking Moses to go back to Egypt. He made these remarks at the 'Together till 2027: An Evening with Original City Boy' forum organized by the City Boy Movement and Relax-Tinubu-Is-Fixing-Nigeria movement ahead of his 2027 reelection bid. Tinubu recalled removing the subsidy on his first day in office, stating Nigeria was headed for bankruptcy with nothing left to pay. He criticized his opponent Atiku Abubakar for promising to bring back the subsidy, likening it to Moses leaving Egypt. Tinubu assured the youth to take the message to their campuses, markets, and villages, urging them to get their voter's cards and use them, and telling them the future belongs to them, not him.",
