"account": "Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, the National Chairman of the Peoples Redemption Party, has criticized President Bola Tinubu's administration for disregarding Northern citizens, asserting that the government is humiliating and neglecting them. Baba-Ahmed urged his supporters not to try to buy votes with money and called on political leaders from Northern states who support the president to justify their support to their constituents. He questioned how those leaders would respond to their electorate. Baba-Ahmed urged Northerners to maintain their dignity and reject any attempts to manipulate the election through financial inducements. He also challenged supporters of the president to defend their stance, stating that the upcoming election should be a contest open to all. Baba-Ahmed concluded his message by praying for Nigerians to be liberated from oppressive leaders. However, Kaduna State Commissioner for Information, Ahmed Maiyaki, defended Tinubu's supporters, predicting that they would campaign for the president's re-election without fear. Maiyaki expressed confidence in Tinubu's victory in the 2027 presidential election, urging Nigerians to campaign for their preferred candidate and allowing others to do the same, emphasizing the importance of not being divisive.",
