"account": "Gwyneth Paltrow has made her debut as the lead in her very first TV show, the thriller drama The Apology. This project is a collaboration between A24 and Cut To, and it has been secured for a two-season run on Netflix. Despite the company's recent layoffs and challenges in retaining viewership, Netflix quickly snapped up The Apology, reportedly purchasing it preemptively from competitors. The show's creator, Joe Murtagh, and acclaimed filmmaker Thomas Vinterberg, known for Another Round, will serve as showrunner and director, respectively. Paltrow, Murtagh, and Joe Hipps of Cut To will share executive producer credits. The story revolves around a couple, Evelyn and Caleb Amspoker, whose son was killed in a cold case 18 years ago. When a stranger confesses to the crime, justice looks attainable, but they soon discover the killer might escape with a reduced sentence, prompting the couple to take matters into their own hands.",
