"account": "Selena Gomez has commented on her evolving voice, revealing that it is attributed to her vaping habits. As fans have grown accustomed to her appearance and vocal characteristics, they have noticed differences over the years. It is common for child stars to undergo changes in their looks and sounds as they transition out of their Disney Channel roles. Gomez's voice has shifted to suit her growing repertoire in the R&B genre, which complements her evolving tones.\n\nHowever, some conspiracy theorists on social media have suggested that she may have been cloned and replaced, similar to other celebrities who have undergone apparent transformations. Despite her well-documented medical history, including Lupus diagnosis in 2012 and kidney transplant five years later, these theories persist. People tend to gravitate towards more sensational explanations, even if there are simpler answers.\n\nAt an Instagram Story, Gomez clarified that her voice change is due to her frequent vaping of nicotine. In the video, she urges her followers to avoid nicotine addiction, emphasizing that quitting smoking and vaping can be extremely challenging, and the habit has altered her voice significantly. She acknowledges the difficulty of quitting nicotine and expresses relief at having stopped, hopeful that they can maintain this change in their lifestyle.",
